Co-production
Real co-production involves working outside of your comfort zone. We meet experts through lived experience within the spaces and communities that they feel most comfortable in, placing the power in their hands and elevating their knowledge to equal standing with your own team, the experts through professional knowledge.
Community pilots
You’ve gathered the ideas and data. You’ve mapped the system and posited solutions. Now we support your team to test those ideas within the community. The aim of the pilot is not to prove theories but rather to learn how to succeed in practice.
Systems thinking
We recognise the complexities that surround your service. Together with our systems thinking experts, your co-production team can vocalise the functions and dysfunctions that impact on your service. You also identify leverage points that enable your service to flourish.
