How long is the workshop?

The workshop can be run in a 0.5 day or 1 day format.

Is it online or in-person?

The session can be run in either format. Our team has extensive experience delivering both in-person or online.

What content do you cover?

We cover the conversations your line mangers need to have with all their team members, what to do if someone requires an adjustment, when to re-visit conversations, how to record adjustments, how to verify adjustments with HR and when to reach out for further help.

What do they leave you workshop with?

They leave with a workshop guide that they can refer to later that includes a general conversation guide, review timelines and email templates in addition to overview notes.

What about after the workshop, do they receive any further support?

If you require it, we are able to provide Action Learning Sets or support sessions to follow on from the workshop to ensure your line managers are able to check-in with us on how they got on with their team member conversations.

What expectations do you have of our line managers?

We expect them to have their first workplace adjustments conversations with all their team members within the month following on from the workshop. This is the best way for you to see that the learning has been embedded and has resulted in proactive actions being taken by the line managers who have attended the workshop.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies depending on you organisational requirements. Here are two pricing examples:

A 2.5 day in-person programme for 5 line managers that takes place across 3 months and includes a 0.5 day workshop (which up to 15 additional line managers can attend), 3 x 0.5 day Action Learning Sets (group coaching sessions), a 0.5 day presentation to your wider organisation and a group celebration debrief. Price excludes any necessary venue, travel and accommodation costs.
