Is WorkFA for disabled employees only or can I manage adjustments for all my employees?

Yes, we encourage employers to implement workplace adjustments for all your employees who need them. Academic studies show that for every £1 spent on workplace health initiatives employers receive a return on investment of between £2 to £32.

Is WorkFA for HR managers? Can Line Managers use the platform too?

WorkFA is for HR Managers and Line Managers. Workplace adjustments are often implemented by line managers outside of a consultation with HR. WorkFA allows for this whilst ensuring HR teams are aware of adjustments that have been implemented and any issues that arise in relation to those adjustments.

How much does WorkFA cost?

WorkFA costs £18 (+ VAT) per employee per month. See more on our pricing page. Discounts are available for registered charities and bulk account purchases.
